Shipping Policy

At Hello Salt and Linen, we partner with trusted suppliers to bring you quality coastal-inspired pieces. Because of this, please note the following:

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages. This is normal and helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control (weather, customs, carrier delays) may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any issues arise with your order.
