There was a time when I didn't know what recovery would look like, or whether I'd ever walk alone or drive again.

After the accidents, injuries, and surgeries, I made a decision to keep rebuilding my life.

Hello Salt and Linen grew from that decision.

It's a clothing boutique, but the heart behind it is something bigger.

I want women to remember that their comfort matters. Their confidence matters. Their peace matters.

And most importantly, they are worth choosing.

Sometimes the smallest act of choosing yourself is where a whole new chapter begins.
